Field Service Engineer - - Frankfurt Area

My client is looking for a Field Service Engineer, home-office based in Germany, Frankfurt area. The person in this position has front-line responsibility for installations, remote and on-site diagnostics, repair services and preventive maintenance. The successful candidate must have proven ability to diagnose and resolve problems on highly sophisticated software, electronic and mechanical robotic device at clinical sites and major hospitals. Applicants must have the ability to work independently and have effective communication skills.

Regional Service Manager - Radiotherapy and Radiosurgery Systems

The Regional Service Manager is responsible for coordinating the delivery of technical support for the Systems and managing the service needs at customer sites as the primary level of customer site accountability.  Working closely with the Site Planner, Installation Manager, Science Group, Manufacturing, Applications Training personnel, Sales & Marketing and HR, this individual will implement a detailed service strategy plan coordinating service and support activities and requirements.

Application Specialist - Computer Assisted Surgery

As Application Specialist Computer Assisted Surgery you are responsible for solving complex technical issues of customers or field support either remotely or onsite. You will provide 2nd level support by analyzing, diagnosing, replicating and troubleshooting reported issues on Spine and Trauma Surgery products. Other responsibilities include developing and delivering support training.

WHAT YOU OFFER

- Degree in Mechanical, Medical or  Electrical Engineering or related field of studies

- Ideally experience in Medical Devices particulary Computer Assisted Surgery

Field Service Engineer - Medical Devices

My client is looking for a Field Service Engineer to support their Radiation Therapy Systems in the London, UK area. The role is to manage and resolve customer equipment issues as quickly as possible, either by phone or on site, to minimize disruptions to patient therapy. This individual will also communicate ideas, systemic problems and user interface issues from the end-user to Product Development.
